With 15+ years of experience in M&E, data visualization, and performance improvement for HIV, TB, and global health programs. She specializes in data strategy, quality assurance, and analytics, leveraging R, Tableau, Power BI, and GIS to transform complex health data into actionable insights. Mabel drives data-driven decision- making for PEPFAR-funded initiatives, collaborating with governments, NGOs, and donor agencies.
She is proficient in PEPFAR reporting tools (DATIM, Panorama) and engages in high-level stakeholder forums. With a Masters in Public Health, a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Project Management, and a BSc Honours in Information Systems.
Clement Trapence
Epidemiologist and Impact Evaluator
With key interests in analyzing techniques of how health systems (especially in developing settings) respond to the double burden of infectious and non-communicable diseases, general impact
assessment (experimental and quasi-experimental techniques) and realist and developmental evaluations. Clement has worked on different public health and/or integrated projects in Malawi and
Botswana, mainly in the field of HIV & Non-Communicable diseases, with key responsibilities on program monitoring, quality improvement, research, and evaluation. Clement leads the implementation of key monitoring and evaluation initiatives for US-funded programs, mainly through USAID. Clement holds an MPH in Epidemiology and a BSc in Statistics and Computing, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Epidemiology at the University of Basel, Switzerland. He has published widely on infectious diseases in international peer-reviewed journals..
Olga Mushakarara
Data and MEAL specialist
With over 15 years of cross- functional experience in emergency response and development, leveraging digital platforms and advanced analytics tools (Comcare, KOBO, ODK, Power BI, R, Python) to deliver real-time, evidence-based information for decision-making. She is adept at designing and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems, performance frameworks, and community feedback mechanisms, having led large-scale, multi-partner humanitarian programs and driven impactful improvements in humanitarian assistance, development, and emergency response interventions. She has worked with international NGOs, including WVI and CRS, the UN agency IOM, and international donors such as USAID across South Sudan, South Africa, Switzerland, and Zimbabwe. Olga holds an MSc in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, as well as a BSc in Mathematics
Matsiliso Sopoli
Tuberculosis Technical Specialist
With over a decade of progressive experience in TB programming and public health management. She has a strong track record in TB project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as stakeholder engagement. She has successfully led and supported high-impact TB interventions
funded by leading global health partners, including the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, UNITAID – IMPACT4TB, USAID, and PEPFAR. She is experienced in the design, execution, and scale-up of programs aligned with both national and global health priorities. Her
work has also contributed to the development and review of national TB guidelines and strategic frameworks. Throughout her career, Matsiliso has collaborated with a broad spectrum of
stakeholders, including government departments, private sector entities, non-governmental organizations, civil society organizations, donor agencies, and TB-affected communities. She is deeply committed to evidence-based practice, health system strengthening, and community- centered approaches to TB prevention, care, and treatment. She holds a Masters degree in Public Health, which supports her strong analytical, technical, and leadership capabilities in the
global fight against TB
